Description: Ashe is a typical teenage boy, but has a violent fear of devils. He's childhood friends with Castella, his neighbor (both of them are very close to each other). He is normally carefree and cheerful, but ever since Tristan and Isolde were adopted into his family, he's been very irritated and easily annoyed. His father was the one who told Ashe about the history of devils--that they have black hair and black eyes. However, his father fears devils even more than Ashe does. Ashe is an only child.

Description: Isolde is Tristan's older sister (by only a few hours). She's serious and calm, but also emotional and insecure. She feels sympathy for Ashe, but believes he must be taught a lesson. Her grades as a sophomore in high school are above exceeding; in other words, she's very intelligent and is a straight-A student. Isolde and Tristan lost their parents when they were called out to the medical field; they were infected with a dangerous and fatal disease that left their children as orphans. She and her brother now live with Ashe as foster children.
